We recently sold our home in Mill Valley with Ethan. When we met Ethan his professionalism was so apparent that we knew we wanted to use him right away. It took over a year for us to be ready to actually take the plunge and Ethan was very supportive and never pushy or impatient. When the time came he put together an awesome website for the property and paid more (from his own pocket) to have the best photographer do the project. The literature he created for the open house was top of the line. He even went to the trouble to create branded signs to put throughout the house so people would not miss the small extras (heated floors, electric window shades, nest). We were impressed. While selling a home is never fun, even less with a 2 month old infant and a dog, Ethan made it bearable. He is really a nice guy and a great Realtor®.
